Mindful Stays Cohosting LLC is a boutique short-term rental management and consulting firm founded and operated by us, George and Sarah, life partners, real estate partners and full-time STR owners based in the heart of the Poconos, PA.
We didn’t just enter this space as managers. We’ve been in the trenches, designing, launching, and self-managing high-performing properties of our own. Over time, our passion for hospitality, operations, and data-driven results turned into a mission: helping other like-minded owners elevate their investments and run smarter, more profitable STR businesses.
We keep our portfolio intentionally small and hands-on, ensuring that every property we manage or consult on receives the attention, strategy, and care it deserves.
